Memory Ch 06 - Studying

What is your general policy on studying and distraction?  Do you listen to music?  Text?  IM?  Talk on your cell phone?  Twitter?  Update your blog?  Play Angry Birds?  Upload sensitive military information to Wikileaks.com?  Drive an automobile at high speeds around the quad? What factors do you consider (or purposefully ignore) when choosing whether or not to study with music, while texting, and so forth?  Have the readings for this week altered your philosophy?  If so, do you plan to stick with current study policy even though you know it might not be the most productive way to study?  And why would you do that to yourself?
