Nalini Jones

NALINI JONES '93 is the author of What You Call Winter and a recipient of an NEA fellowship, Pushcar Prize, and O. Henry Prize. Her work has appeared in Ploughshares, One Story and Guernica, among others, and in anthologie including AIDS Sutra and Freud's Blind Spot. Her credits in music production include Line Producer of "From the Big Apple to the Big Easy: The Concert for New Orleans" (Madison Square Garden, 2005), and Backstage Manager at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival (1995-present), among others. She is at work on a novel and teaches fiction at Columbia University's School of the Arts.
