Amherst College Health & Wellbeing Resource Request Form

W e are simplifying the process to request health-resource needs from Residential Engagement & Wellbeing's Health & Wellbeing Team (Wellbeing Educators, Peer Advocates for Sexual Respect, Student Health Educators) with our Resource Request Form. 

Passive education (posters, pamphlets, resource cards, etc), Safer Sex Supplies (condoms, lube, dental dams, etc) and reusable menstrual products (menstrual cups/discs) are available upon request can you expect your order to arrive at your AC box in up to 3 business days.  

CA Safer Sex Supply Kits are pre-made and available upon pick at up the Health Center or 38 Woodside Mondays-Fridays, not including holidays, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.
