Athletics has long been an exciting part of Amherst’s living and learning experience, offering lessons on teamwork, discipline, resilience and ingenuity, while newer wellness programs promote well-being in the student body as a whole. Together, they contribute to a vibrant community in which students feel a sense of growth, connection and belonging.
