| Tuesday, September 3 | First Day of Fall Classes; First Day of Add/Drop | During add/drop students may add or remove courses from their fall schedule. All Five College registrations must have instructor permission. |
Monday, September 9 | New Course Proposals for Spring 2025 due to the CEP | New Course information to be entered in Course Catalog Editing Tool with chair approvals obtained. |
Monday, September 9 | Spring 2025 Course Information due to Registrar | Departments to finalize courses with the Registrar's Office. Information includes instructor, semester offered, updates to description, title, and course restrictions. Course edits occur on an individual basis and require ADCs to contact the Registrar's Office. Courses are not open for editing in mass. |
| Thursday, September 12 | Last Day of Add/Drop; Last day of Five Colleges Interchange Registration | All students must be registered for their full semester course load by this date. |
| Monday, September 16 | Courses Open for Editing | ADCs can begin entering course times and room preferences and exam options. |
Monday, September 23 | Courses Closed for Editing | Course times and room preferences ends for editing. |
| Friday, October 11 | Midterm Grades due to Registrar
| Faculty must submit midterm grades for students earning a D or F via Workday.

| Monday, October 14 | Thesis Advisor Names due from Academic Departments to Registrar's Office | Updated thesis advisor information must be sent to the Registrar's Office for Seniors via Google Docs. |
| Friday, October 18 | Last Day to withdraw from the College | This is the last day that students may withdraw from the College for a semester or more. Students should work with the Office of Student Affairs to withdraw. |
| Friday, October 25 | Comprehensive Exam Date for Class of 2025E | Departments should hold Comprehensive Exams for second semester seniors by this date. |
Monday, November 4- Friday, November 8 | Advising Week | Students must meet with their advisors this week to discuss their plan for Spring 2025 course registration.

| Friday, November 8 | Last day to Withdraw from a course as a First, Second, or Third Year student | First, second, and third year students should work with their Class Deans to withdraw from a course by this deadline. |
Monday, November 11- Friday, November 15 | First Round Pre-Registration for Spring 2025 | First round of course registration. Course registration during this period is not guaranteed. |
Monday, November 18- Friday, November 22 | Roster Management for Spring 2025 | Faculty submit lists to the Registrar's Office to manage roster lists. During this period, students may be cut from course rosters. |

| Senior Theses due for Class of 2025E; Summa Recommendations due in Submittable (Tuesday, Dec. 17th) | Class of 2025E students must submit their electronic theses in Submittable. Academic Departments will also submit summa recommendation letters in Submittable - Due by Tuesday, Dec. 17th. |
| Friday, December 13 | Last Day to Pass/Fail Course | Students may elect, within Workday, to take a course on Pass/Fail with their advisor(s) consent. |
| Monday, December 16 - Friday, December 20 | Examination Period | |
