Goals and Expectations: The Student Employment Partner provides administrative support to the student employment team during regular office hours. This role is expected to contribute their own ideas and provide feedback to improve the student employment program. This role is expected to be flexible enough to carry out duties as assigned.

*Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attend weekly meetings and take detailed notes of items discussed
  • Provide administrative support for the department, as needed
  • Participate in outreach activities, and collect data on the effectiveness of them
  • Collaborate with the team on goals and the implementation of new programs

*Required Qualifications:

  • Being part of xyz class or being a major in the department
  • Have availability on Tuesday afternoons to attend weekly meetings

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Have a positive attitude, with an interest in career development/human resources/financial aid, or other related field
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different types of populations (students, faculty, staff)
