Daily Mammoth
The Daily Mammoth is an email digest sent every weekday morning, enabling all students, faculty, and staff to share announcements and other information with everyone on campus.
Event Calendar
The Amherst College Calendar includes all kinds of events, whether open to the public or restricted to students. Events must be Amherst College-related.

Campus Directory
- View the Campus Directory and check your listing
- To make a correction to a directory listing:
- staff should contact HR at hr@amherst.edu
- faculty should contact the Provost’s office at deanfac@amherst.edu
- Instructions for using the directory, changing privacy settings, and uploading your photo

Website Training & Help Guides
Most departments have a designated web editor who can update the department’s site and coordinate with the Communication web team on larger projects. To be added as an editor to your department website, please read over our Website & Digital Support page and contact our team at comm@amherst.edu to sign up for a training. All editors of the Amherst College website must follow our guidelines for making content accessible.

Editorial Services
E-Newsletter Design
The e-newsletter design app Emma is supported by Amherst College IT and is available to all departments. Check with your department to see if you have templates already in place. If your department isn’t already using Emma, email AskIT@amherst.edu to request an Emma account. Once the account is created, Communications can set up a template for you. (Departments that use Slate will have a designated Slate point-person.)
