This class is for everyBody and anyBody who wants to build foundational strength and power. Using body weight movements and resistance training equipment in a series of connected movements, inclusive strength works all the major muscle groups while promoting connection to, and the development of, a powerful stable core. We will move with respect for our own individual ranges of motion and strength. All exercises can and will be modified to provide the appropriate challenge for ALL participants regardless of level.
