Alumni Gym, Conway Classroom

This class will include various poses (asana) as well as breathing techniques (pranayama) in a slow flow (vinyasa) format which will feel like a moving meditation. Participants will gain a deeper understanding and inquiry into their own embodiment, and will learn how to find the balance between effort and ease.  All levels welcome/bring a yoga mat if possible. Led by Chris Paradis.
