Book Groups

Book Groups are an opportunity for staff and faculty to explore a DEI-related theme through reading and discussion with colleagues. Each semester, the Office of Workforce Equity and Inclusive Leadership will select a new book, set up a regular meeting schedule, and facilitate group discussions and reflection. By delving into the content of the book and engaging with multiple perspectives, we hope the book group will provide meaningful learning opportunities that lead to a more inclusive campus.
