Description

A study of the development of brain and behavior in mammals. The material will cover areas such as the development of neurochemical systems, how the brain recovers from injury, and how early environmental toxins influence brain development. Emphasis will be placed on how aberrations in the central nervous system influence the development of behavior. Requisite: Psychology 12 or 26 or consent of the instructor. Limited to 15 students. Spring semester. Professor Raskin.
