With regards to periods of academic recess:
- BC policy mandates that off-campus break requests (ex: spring break trips) can only be approved in club budgets and are not eligible for funding related to hotels / accommodations, transportation, or food.
- On-campus break activities can be requested through the discretionary fund, and are subject to regular policy guidelines.
Note: the BC will not fund any activities during reading period, finals week, and over the summer and winter academic recesses.
