Amherst offers opportunities for staff and other campus community members to get together throughout the year.
Employee Council
Elected by staff, the Employee Council promotes staff visibility, fosters a supportive work environment, and provides avenues for staff to participate in policy making.
College Staff Meetings
President Michael A. Elliott and other members of senior staff regularly address staff on what's happening on campus and respond to questions submitted by staff related to the all aspects of campus life.
Colleague Resource Groups
The mission of Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs) is to create an affirming gathering space for all staff and faculty interested in sharing identities, experiences and/or interests.
