Please join our benefits team at one of the upcoming benefit enrollment meetings where you will have the opportunity to:
- gather information during a general overview
- discuss any benefits issues or changes you may be contemplating
- complete the Sliding Scale Cost Sharing application
- Note: Applicants will need to provide their the amount reported on Line 9, Total Income, on Form 1040 U.S. Individual Income Tax Return (or Total Income on other tax return forms). The Sliding Scale Cost Sharing application needs to be completed annually.
This session is not a training on how to go through the Open Enrollment process on Workday. Please join the Workday Open Lab Zoom for when you get stuck, are confused, or have a question about the process or fill out a help desk ticket and choose "Workday" in the category dropdown menu.
