Impactful and accessible mental health resources for your workday

It’s easy to be consumed by our day-to-day work and not take the time for self-care. That’s why we’re sharing several Calm resources that you can use to bolster your overall well-being throughout your workday. They have both in-app and web content that ranges from 60 seconds to 10 minutes which means you can use them anytime, anywhere.

Pre-Meeting Meditations

  • In this 6-minute Daily Move session, led by Mel Mah, you’ll be guided through gentle full-body exercises that’ll release the tension in your neck after a long workday.
