  • This 3-minute session is from our Overcome Stress and Anxiety series with Dr. Julie Smith, a renowned clinical psychologist, and educator. Dr. Julie will guide you to take deeper, slower breaths so you can naturally slow your heart rate and quickly reduce your anxiety.
