Too much of one food group doesn’t give your body all the nutrients it needs to keep you healthy and energized. The purpose of the Balance Diet Challenge is to encourage you to eat the recommended daily amounts from each of the food groups. By eating a balanced diet, ensures you are getting all the essential nutrients your body needs to maintain and improve your overall health and wellbeing. Keep in mind nutrition is very personal, so adjust based on your needs.  Each day you will be asked a daily question, answer the daily question 16 times during the challenge to earn points. Check out the Nutrition trackers in the “Devices & Tracker” tile on the homepage to help log throughout the challenge and see your progress. On the challenge page share some of your favorite tips and tricks with colleagues and give a “High Five” to your favorite posts!
