Work stress causes 10% of strokes.” The focus of this challenge is to create awareness and to help you identify methods and techniques to find balance in your life. Developing new habits and raised awareness in hopes to reduce your stress! --- Each day you will have the Question Rating: On a scale of 1-5 how would you rate your stress level today? 1= low and 5= Extremely high. Answer the daily question 16 times during the challenge to earn points.
