Exercise and physical activity are not synonymous. Exercise is planned and purposeful, and scheduled bouts of it will improve your fitness and health significantly. It is recommended that you fit in at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise a day, whether it’s broken up in 10-minute sessions or done all at once. That said, moving naturally can also improve your health, mood, and energy.  Complete an average of 30 minutes of physical activity at least 20 days of the challenge to earn points for the Let’s Move it, Move it challenge. Your  final “Milestone” will be 600 minutes of physical activity during the challenge (Cumulative minutes not based on meeting 30 per day).

Don’t forget to sync your device to make the process automatic! Head over to the “Tracker” tile on the homepage to get started. On the challenge wall encourage your colleagues and team to get those active minutes in, plan a group walk and give a little “High Five” encouragement to others!
